Northampton Water District
The Water Works Road that is privately owned by the Northampton DPW and Water District will be open assuming we get 12" or more during this storm. This road links Whately to Conway and Williamsburg to Conway. This is a very sensitive area. DO NOT EVER go around gates. Wait for the gates to be opened.
